I love this recipe for busy mornings when you need a quick breakfast on the go! These oats are a perfect meal after a workout, as they are super high in protein and healthy carbs. I ate this post-workout in Crocker Park before doing some back-to-school shopping 🙂

Serves: 1

Prep time: 5 minutes


1/3 cup oats

1/3 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt

1 scoop vanilla protein

1 tsp chia seeds

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (may need more/less)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup mixed berries


  1. Mix oats, Greek yogurt, protein, chia seeds, almond milk, and cinnamon and let sit overnight. Top with berries in the morning.
