1/2 cup dry rolled oats (Bob’s Red Mill is my go-to)

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1-2 scoops collagen peptides* (or other protein powder of choice)

Toppings: mixed berries, banana, almond butter, ground flax seeds


  1. Boil 1 cup of water in small sauce pan.  Add dry oats and chia seeds and reduce heat to medium.
  2. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until oats are cooked and reach desired texture.
  3. Mix in cinnamon, vanilla extract, and collagen peptides.
  4. Pour into bowl and top with toppings of choice (I used mixed berries, banana, almond butter, however the possibilities are endless!)
