1/2 cup dry rolled oats (Bob’s Red Mill is my go-to)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 scoops collagen peptides* (or other protein powder of choice)
Toppings: mixed berries, banana, almond butter, ground flax seeds
- Boil 1 cup of water in small sauce pan. Add dry oats and chia seeds and reduce heat to medium.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, until oats are cooked and reach desired texture.
- Mix in cinnamon, vanilla extract, and collagen peptides.
- Pour into bowl and top with toppings of choice (I used mixed berries, banana, almond butter, however the possibilities are endless!)
