2 salmon fillets

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp coconut sugar

Pink salt and pepper


  1. Mix spices above and sprinkle on salmon fillets.
  2. Heat ½ T coconut oil in skillet and place salmon (skin side up) to sear for about 2-3 min.
  3. Place salmon in oven, skin side down, at 350 degrees for about 5-7 min.

Served with spiralized sweet potato, zucchini, and stir-fried veggies. Topped with chopped peanuts.
