While it’s starting to get nice and chilly here, this smoothie will make you think of sunshine and warm weather. Super easy to make and packed with protein. Enjoy!
Prep time: 5 min
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 T chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (check out About Time!)
1/3-1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk or almond milk
2 big handfuls of spinach
- Add all ingredients except ice to high powered blender (I love my Nutribullet!). I start by adding a smaller amount of milk to see how it blends.
- Add ice and more milk if needed. Blend again until smooth.
