While it’s starting to get nice and chilly here, this smoothie will make you think of sunshine and warm weather. Super easy to make and packed with protein. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 kiwi

1 T chia seeds

1/4 avocado

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (check out About Time!)

1/3-1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk or almond milk

2 big handfuls of spinach

Ice

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients except ice to high powered blender (I love my Nutribullet!). I start by adding a smaller amount of milk to see how it blends.
  2. Add ice and more milk if needed. Blend again until smooth.
