1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

1/4 cup chicken bone broth

2 T dijon mustard

2 T balsamic vinegar

1 T minced garlic

1 T liquid aminos

1 tsp black pepper

1 T TJ’s everything bagel seasoning


  1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  3. Cook on high for 2 hours, remove and shred with a fork, then place back in slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for about 1 hour, until chicken is cooked completely.
