1 box Eat Banza Mac-n-Cheese
1/4 cup almond milk
1 T olive oil
1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Roasted Red Pepper Dip
1 T minced garlic
2 grilled chicken breasts
1 cup roasted broccoli and cauliflower
1 handful of fresh spinach
Black pepper, red chili flakes
- Cook pasta according to package. I used almond milk and olive oil instead of cow’s milk and butter to reduce the saturated fat content.
- Mix in red pepper dip, garlic, chopped grilled chicken, roasted veggies, and fresh spinach to the prepared mac n cheese.
- Season with black pepper and red chili flakes.
