Prep time: 10 minutes
4 oz protein (tempeh, shrimp, chicken, tofu)
½ cup cooked quinoa
Stir fry veggies (green beans, broccoli, onion, mushroom, etc.)
Chili powder, garlic powder, pepper
- Cook veggies in skillet over medium heat.
- Add cooked quinoa and cooked protein of choice.
- Move veggies, quinoa, and protein to side and add an egg. Scramble and mix in with the other ingredients.
- Season with liquid aminos, chili powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
