4 oz protein (tempeh, shrimp, chicken, tofu)

½ cup cooked quinoa

1 egg

Stir fry veggies (green beans, broccoli, onion, mushroom, etc.)

Liquid aminos

Chili powder, garlic powder, pepper


  1. Cook veggies in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cooked quinoa and cooked protein of choice.
  3. Move veggies, quinoa, and protein to side and add an egg. Scramble and mix in with the other ingredients.
  4. Season with liquid aminos, chili powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
