Ingredients:

1 package of tempeh (8 oz)

1 T soy sauce

1 T tahini

2 T rice vinegar

2 tsp sesame oil

1 T maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut tempeh into strips and marinate for at least an hour.
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Served with turmeric rice, sauteed green beans + broccolini, mushrooms, peppers + onions. I call this my “clean out the fridge” meal 🙂
