1 lb brussel sprouts, chopped

3-4 sweet potatoes

6 slices turkey bacon

2 T olive oil

2 T maple syrup

Black pepper, pink salt


  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Cook turkey bacon on stove or in microwave. Set aside.
  3. Chop brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes. Toss with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast in oven for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.  Add cooked, chopped turkey bacon within last 5 minutes of cooking and serve!
