Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground turkey

1 T minced garlic

2 T diced onion

2 T dijon mustard

1 egg white

2 T pasta sauce

1/4 cup crushed pretzels (my favorite) or panko bread crumbs

Black pepper, pink salt to taste

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp basil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients above.
  3. Form mix into small, round 3-4 inch balls.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Served with Banza rotini, roasted garlic broccoli + asparagus, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
