Prep time: 5-10 minutes


1/4 cup oats, ground to flour

1 T coconut flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 T unsweetened cocoa powder

1 T peanut flour/ PB2

1 scoop VegaTeam chocolate protein powder

2 egg whites (6 T)

1/2 banana, sliced

1 T peanut butter/almond butter (Trader Joe’s creamy unsalted almond butter=love)


  1. Mix dry ingredients then add egg whites. Add water until batter consistency is formed.
  2. Cook on a waffle iron (can be made into pancakes, too!)
  3. Top with banana slices, peanut butter/almond butter, and maple syrup.
