1 cup dry farro

1 T ghee

1 cup spinach

1 T minced garlic

Black pepper, pink salt, chili flakes to taste


  1. Boil water and cook farro according to package.
  2. Once farro is cooked, drain excess water and place quinoa back in pan.
  3. Stir in ghee, spinach, garlic, and spices.  Serve warm.

Topped the farro with feta cheese and served with salmon, roasted broccoli + Brussels sprouts, and garlic kraut.
