1 cup dry farro
1 T ghee
1 cup spinach
1 T minced garlic
Black pepper, pink salt, chili flakes to taste
- Boil water and cook farro according to package.
- Once farro is cooked, drain excess water and place quinoa back in pan.
- Stir in ghee, spinach, garlic, and spices. Serve warm.
