1/3 cup rolled oats

2 T plain Greek yogurt

1 tsp chia seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Dash cinnamon

1/4-1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/3 cup blueberries


  1. Mix all ingredients except blueberries.  Add enough almond milk until oats are covered.
  2. Heat up blueberries in small bowl for about 20 seconds then add to oat mixture (this allows the blueberry flavor to add to the oats!)
  3. Place in fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning!
