2 slices sprouted whole grain bread
2 egg whites
1-2 T unsweetened cashew milk
1/4 scoop vanilla protein (optional)
Dash of cinnamon
1 T Kite Hill Foods plain cream cheese
1/2 cup raspberries + blueberries
1 T honey/maple syrup
- Mix egg whites, cashew milk, cinnamon, and protein powder in shallow bowl.
- Dip bread in mixture and cook over medium heat.
- Top with cream cheese, warmed berries, and honey/maple syrup.
