2 slices sprouted whole grain bread

2 egg whites

1-2 T unsweetened cashew milk

1/4 scoop vanilla protein (optional)

Dash of cinnamon

1 T Kite Hill Foods plain cream cheese

1/2 cup raspberries + blueberries

1 T honey/maple syrup


  1. Mix egg whites, cashew milk, cinnamon, and protein powder in shallow bowl.
  2. Dip bread in mixture and cook over medium heat.
  3. Top with cream cheese, warmed berries, and honey/maple syrup.
