Made my Sweet and Spicy Salmon recipe and served it over a crisp winter salad. This is a great meal full of healthy fats, veggies, and protein!
Prep time: 10 min
1 handful of arugula
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of shredded brussel sprouts
1/4 cup reduced fat/fat free feta cheese
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Roasted haricot verts (green beans)
1 T balsamic vinegar + 1 T olive oil

- Assemble salad ingredients and prepare sweet and spicy salmon recipe.
- Roast green beans in the oven at the same time as salmon to make it easy! Just spray with coconut oil/olive oil and season with pepper and pink salt.
- Serve salmon over salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
